Its solvent base allows it to deeply penetrate, leaving an invisible barrier that protects against oil- and water-based stains while still allowing the treated surface to breathe. Apply to new, damp, or uncured grout. Best applied using a solvent-resistant natural fiber brush or roller. Great citrus scent.
